I Don't Care

Finally have the energy to talk about my Camp Pinnacle(:



Day 1

Had to report to camp at 8am. Still sleepyyyyy. First day at camp. Didnt know a lot of people around me at first,except for Zul,so I made friends. Just to name a few, I met Nicholas, Syafiq, Fatin,Huda,Tiwary,Syah and Chun Hou. All of them were really really nice people! On the first day, we went to Pasir Laba camp. We were supposed to have our lunch there at like 1230pm but it only arrive at 130pm. Ugh very hungry at that time! After lunch, went to the "Survival" village where we learnt how to set up animal traps and also "tents". There were 5 types of tents such as the 1 star hotel and The Fullerton hotel. lol. After all that, we were thought how to kill animals. They killed crabs,chickens,quails,frogs,eels and catfish. My favourite was the frog because when it died, you can see the tongue sticking out like :P. So cool!!!



Day 2

Woke up at 530am. Siang nyerrrr.... First place we went was the Paya Lebar Air Base.Today was the 3rd best day of my life because we get to rode on the C130. The pilot is so pro. The takeoff was smooth and fast but the landing was fast,short and rough!!! The moment the plane touched the ground we all went into emergency landing procedure:D After that, we went to the Air Force Museum. It is ok la but after a while it can be quite boring because it is only interesting to a certain extent.



Day 3

The 3rd day is by far the nicest day in camp. You will find out why later. In the morning, went to Seletar Camp for an Army Recruitment talk. At least 1/4 of the cadets in the auditorium were sleeping because they were too tired. Unfortunately, I was one of them too:P tsk tsk. But before the talk, a lot of us did the nicest thing in camp which is to go to the toilet and shit. A lot of us cannot tahan alr because for 2 days in a row the breakfast was freakin spicy): this led to a lot of us having stomacheaches and diarrhoea and lots of farting. heheheh. After that, we went to the Singapore Youth Flying Club where we had an Air Force recruitment talk. This is the most interesting talk because one of the personnel at the SYFC was trying to make us laugh with all his jokes.



Day 4

We went to Changi Naval Base. we saw the warships from far and the best part was that I saw the general in his Mercedes. SO COOL!!! His car's car plate onli had numbers and 4 stars on top of $it which obviously means he is a general or a high ranking official. Had a Navy Recruitment talk. Then there was a quiz and my friend got a limited edition RSN Stik Fast. awesome. super nice. After that, we went to go aboard the RSS Endeavour and RSS Steadfast. My favourite was the RSS Steadfast because there are 2Xbox 360, 1 Nintendo Wii, 1 PS3 and 1 PS2 on board the ship. the beds were also very comfortable and nice. Also bought a RSS Steadfast cap. So cool makes u feel like u r one of them. After that, we went to the Naval Diving Unit. Again the place is super nice. Went on a speedboat ride. Sat beside the driver. WOO!!! it was like a rollercoaster ride except that it is 1000 times better!! Then tried scuba diving. The 2 oxygen tanks were quite heavy. I also panicked underwater because I wasnt used to breathing through the mouth and also my mouth felt dry after a while. I almost drowned too cause water entered my mouth):
At night, there was Camp Pinnacle night. My platoon performed a "Gay Club" skit and a Hakka dance. After that, a lot of drama lah. I go and sabo a bunch of fools who played a very bad prank on my bunk mate. Now they hate me but then I DONT CARE because as far as I am concerned I did the right thing and I am pleased with myself:D

Day 5

Woohoo!Last day in camp. Nothing much happen.there was just AAR,bunk clean up and refreshments.
